The Troop Committee meeting, originally scheduled for December 4, will be held instead on December 11.

The Boy Scouts of America has issued a recall for the Cub Scout “Immediate Recognition Emblem” used for Wolf and Bear ranks. Boy Scouts who may have saved these can trade them in at the scout store for a new non-lead-encrusted version, or may wish to discard them. There will be a Boy Scout Merit Badge workshop for Coin Collecting Dec 8th at Park Place located at 6240 Joliet Road, Countryside, IL 60525. (Just West of LaGrange Road on Joliet Road, South side of the street.)

Please remember to pick up your popcorn order at 244 Addison Road, between 11 AM and 5 PM, this Saturday.

We will be picking up our popcorn order this Saturday, at 8:40 AM. It takes a while to go through the paperwork and load the cars, but we should have the popcorn ready to be picked up at 244 Addison Road by 11:00 AM.

Please arrange to come and pick up your order some time that day, between 11 AM and 5 PM. If there is some reason why you will be unable to pick up your order, please send one of your friends to do it. Contact Debra Cox if you have questions or problems. Thank you to those who volunteered to drive and lead on the Eagle Cave outing. Please check the website, www.eagle-cave.net for information. If you haven’t already, please send the make and year of your car, how many it seats, and your driver’s license number to Pat Rohm. Also, if you haven’t already, please give Pat a check for yourself for $55 (adults as well as scouts have to pay). All food is included at Eagle Cave, and you camp in the cave, so we don’t need the trailer and tents.
