This Thursday we will hold an Eagle Project Proposal presentation for an Eagle Candidate seeking Troop approval for his project.  We will be meeting at 6:30 PM at the RPC.  Any Troop adults are welcome to attend.  Please consider helping this Scout on his path to Eagle.  No experience necessary.  Older Scouts who would like to observe are welcome as well.  However, this is not an opportunity for them to discuss their future plans for Eagle projects.  A separate meeting can be set up by contacting me at dmgmitro@aol.com

SEPTEMBER THEME:  PERSONAL FITNESS MONTH

The Blackwell/Cantigny Revolutionary War Re-Enactment Campout was historic.  The Scouts interacted with Revolutionary War soldiers, watched epic battles, and supported the local economy while adding to their own personal sword collections.  The weather was perfect, the food was edible, and a good time was had by all.  Next up is a camp out at Warren Dunes State Park.  Don’t miss out on this really fun time climbing sand dunes and a Capture the Flag game that will be second to none.  https://troop24riverside.com/2017/09/warren-dunes-state-park-oct-13-15-2017/
