Bus and Bike Transportation to Tesomas

Troop 24 has chartered a motorcoach bus to transport scouts to Camp Tesomas and back. This is a comfortable, air-conditioned bus with DVD players and a bathroom. The fee is $100 per scout round-trip (sorry no discount for one-way travel). If you have more than one scout, additional scouts in the same family are $75. We will also provide bicycle transport to camp for a cost of $15. We recommend that all scouts bring their bicycles due to the size and layout of the camp. Please sign up and pay now – do a separate form for each scout in your family to help us keep track of who has paid. There is no fee for bus or bike transportation for adults who are attending summer camp. Thank you!

Please sign up for the bus and bike here:

Jon M. Eagle Project – Volunteers needed!

Please help Eagle Scout candidate Jon M. with his upcoming Eagle project June 4th through June 8th.

Project Description: We will be improving the storage of costumes and props for the Hauser drama department, including removing all items from the storage loft, organizing and inventorying them and placing them back in the storage loft.

Special Instructions: Each volunteer will need to bring an I.D. with them, and sign in at the Hauser office, where their names will be on a list of volunteers. Please come to the auditorium stage after checking in. We will be working in the building while school is in session so we will need to act accordingly. You will go right from the office and into the auditorium that is next door. Please make sure you sign up before Monday the fourth and have an I.D. This can be any I.D., such as a school I.D. or a driver’s license. If you do not have one you will not be allowed to enter the school. The Friday shift may not be needed, and there will be an email regarding its cancellation in the morning.
