Volunteers Needed for Riverside Fishing Derby

The Village of Riverside has requested volunteers from Troop 24 to help run the Riverside Fishing Derby on this Sunday, June 11 from 2-6 pm.   The Village of Riverside has been very supportive of Scouting and in particular, Troop 24.   Now is the opportunity to support the Village with a few hours of your time.  We are in need of high school age Scouts and Adults to lend a hand.  Volunteers will be recording fish catches in this “Catch & Release” event.  Do you need Conservation Service Hours for Life Rank or Service Hours for rank advancement?  Service Hours will be granted for volunteering at this event.  Please sign up and join your fellow Scouts and Scouters in making this a great event for the Village of Riverside.
