Herrick Lake Deadline November 17
Troop 24 is planning a 2-night camp-out at Herrick Lake Forest Preserve in Wheaton over Thanksgiving weekend leaving Friday, Nov. 25, and returning Sunday, Nov. 27. Scouts will be sleeping in a heated cabin on the floor. Please bring sleeping bag, pad, optional camping pillow, water bottle, cup (for soup, hot chocolate, etc.), WARM clothing, extra shoes (maybe boots depending on the weather). The deadline for signing up for the outing is Thursday, Nov. 17. Please fill out a form for each scout. The Scout cost for this outing is $45. Scouts must wear their Class A uniforms to travel.
