It’s almost time for our annual trek back up to Tesomas Scout Camp on President’s Day weekend!

Hanna Winter Resort provides everything Scouts BSA Members need to have an incredible outdoor winter experience. Enjoy the pristine winter northwoods environment around the Hanna Venture Base and the freedom to do nearly any winter activity you want.  Winter activities include tubing, sledding, ice fishing, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hiking, quinzee building/sleeping, climbing wall, and star gazing; it is a blast! Both Scouts and Leaders sleep in comfortable, heated cabins. It is a great outing for all, no matter how much experience you have. Scroll down to see pictures from previous trips.

We will leave at 7am Saturday morning, drive to Rhinelander, go tubing in the afternoon at Sylvan Hill Park, have dinner and then drive to Camp Tesomas for two nights, leaving Monday shortly after breakfast and arriving back in Riverside around 2pm. The cost for this trip is $120 for Scouts and $75 for adults.

FYI, for this trip we will stop for lunch on the way there and the way back as well, so Scouts need to bring at least $20 to cover the cost of meals to/from camp, plus optional cash for modest trading post items.
