Blanketball tonight!

Just a reminder that we will be playing blanketball tonight.

If you have a few old blankets and/or a beach ball for tonight’s “Blanketball” games, please bring them along!

We’ll also briefly review the Eagle-optional “Sports” merit badge so we can decide whether to organize a merit badge workshop later this year.

And … we’ll begin forming this year’s Klondike Derby crew.

Finally, we’ll take some time to set/review our next-rank goals so we continue to make progress for the Spring Court of Honor.

So, BRING YOUR HANDBOOKS!

Handbooks and Instruments and Brooms,  OH MY!!!

This week we will continue our pursuit of rank requirements so we can all try to “rank up” for the Spring Court of Honor.  This will include completing requirements where possible, and setting goals for those requirements that need to be completed outdoors or at home. SCOUTMASTER CONFERENCES and BOARDS OF REVIEW are available. So, BRING YOUR HANDBOOKS!

Those of you who would like to make an instrumental contribution to next week’s caroling, bring it along!  We know many of you are in band, so don’t be shy. All instruments welcome!

Your contribution can be as modest as “sounding” the carol’s melody before the singers begin … to playing along during the entire song.  And of course, you can select carols that are familiar to you – and even decide the key! So, BRING YOUR INSTRUMENTS!

We’ll conclude with a rousing game of broomball, in anticipation of more authentic broomball on the snow next month as part of our Sports theme.  Click here for more information about broomball. So, BRING A BROOM!
